Lc frowns as he looks over a report. It came from one of the other branches of the RRO who delt with watching forroblems that form in the timelines. This one was about how the Eva Unit 1 vanished from Nerv and showed up in Naruto timeline. At the momnet it was hidden inside a cave near the leaf village but it was only a matter of time before on of those ninja found it.

The question was how did it get there. Lc starts to look over the scan for any D-travel in an out of there an then blinks as he sees a small blip pass intot he Naruto timeline fromt he Nerv one. A few key strokes an the scanner zooms in on the blip and slowly takes the shape of somehting wiht wings, tail and wearing a top hat.

"oh hell it was Jay. This is so what I didn't need today. First i've got to deal with a budget review an now this. I hate this job." Lc says to himself as he starts to bang his head on his desk.

He looks up at a picture of Jay Whitefox that was stapled to the dartboard. With a wave of his hand serval knives fly out an bury themselves into the picture of the bane of the RRO. Branch 13 was formed more or less to clean up after D-travellers like Jay who would pick up a object in one timeline an leave it in a diffrent one where it causes trouble.

"Alright that's it i'm going to the bar maybe I can drink enough that i'll forget this mess." Lc says as he stands up an makes his way for the hidden staircase leading to the bar the offices of branch 13 were built under.

Jay grins as he sits in a tree branch an looks down at the training area before him. In it he could see the famous bell test for Team 7. He had been talking with Shinji the other day who told him one of his favorite animes was Naruto. Well Jay hadn't been to the leaf village in a while an he never did get around to watching the first half of the anime. So here he was to watch it live. He smiles as he thinks about how he had already been helping like dropping off that ninjutsu scroll at Naruto's place and changeing the first jutsu on the forbbidian scroll too ghost bushin no jutsu.

Jay grins as he notices the changes to Naruto's wardobe as he left some extra clothes there also. Naruto was now dressed in black pants and boots with a orange long sleeved shirt and a long black vest over it. On his hands were an pair of black fingerless gloves that went up his forearms and had hard leather with chainmail under it. His leaf protector was around his head keeing his hair out of his eyes. The vest had a large number of hidden pockets and pouches to hold weapons and other ninja tools and was also lightly armored the same as the gloves. Jay grins as while he also liked orange it wsn't a good idea for a ninja to wear too much of it. Now Naruto looked cooler even if he was still a goofy guy.

Jay planned to meet him later an get to know him an help him out after all he liked to help people like he had Shinji by takeing the Unit 1 and dropping it off in a cave near by. He smiles more as he watches the Bell Test start.
